Rounak Langhe MBA, CFA
Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager
Rounak Langhe CFA is the founding partner and Chief Investment Officer of Durham Asset Management Inc. He has fourteen years of experience in portfolio construction, risk management, and client relationship management. He is an expert in asset-liability management, credit market functions, structured product investments, and fixed-income product trading. He has maintained first-quartile performance throughout his investment management career.
Rounak has an MBA from the Tippie School of Business, University of Iowa, Iowa City, USA and a Bachelor of Science from Punjab University Chandigarh, India. He holds a Chartered Investment Manager designation from the Canadian Securities Institute and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.

Hosen Marjaee

Hosen Marjaee CFA, MBA, B.Eng. Bs. Eng. is an investment professional with close to forty years of experience in trading, security analysis and portfolio management. He has held senior positions at major Canadian asset management institutions such as Senior Managing Director at Manulife Investment Management and as Senior Portfolio Manager at BIMCOR Inc. Hosen was on the board of directors of Toronto CFA Society and was part time professor of finance at Schulich School of Business.

Mark Jackson
Investment Professional & Executive
Mark Jackson, CFA, is a retired investment professional and senior investment executive. Over his career, he managed Canadian and U.S. institutional equity portfolios for major Canadian companies, most recently at Mackenzie Investments. Mark delivered top calibre performance and built successful teams at every organization he worked at over his career. During his 30-plus-year career, Mark founded AEGON Capital Management as well as serving on the board of a public company and two charitable organizations. Mark brings a wealth of experience to the Board of DAMI. Mark holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.
Michael Lay
CFO and co-Founder of Making Better Lives Inc.
Michael Lay is a seasoned Capital Markets executive with over 25 years of market experience. Mr. Lay started at Dominion Securities in 1993. He held various increasingly senior roles across the debt trading desk from 1993 until 2011, culminating as a Managing Director and Head of High Yield Trading and Distribution. Michael was recruited by Scotiabank Global Capital Markets, where he was hired as Managing Director and Head of Syndication, a role he held for six years. Currently, Mr. Lay is the CFO and co-Founder of Making Better Lives Inc., a not-for-profit corporation focussing on the issues facing those experiencing homelessness. Mr. Lay is a graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute.
